Cotati is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom with large den/family room home, with comfortable furnishings, new appliances, new tile floors, nicely equipped kitchen and it has lots of parking in the front and offers a 1 car garage space for your stay. You will enjoy the lake view from the back patio and feel a sense of seclusion with the large open space at the rear of the fenced property. Are you a horseshoe player? We have that for your outdoor enjoyment.
The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, located close to the downtown area, restaurants, shopping, entertainment with the Famous London Bridge, and launch ramps all minutes away. Hiking, Biking, Rodeo and the Speedway 95 are at Sara Park, which is super close and if you bring an ATV, UTV you are not far from the open desert. Cotati 1 is close to all that is fun and adventurous in Havasu.
